"Don't worry, be happy"

"Don't worry, be happy" performed by Bobby McFerrin was released in 1988. At the 1989 Grammy Awards it won an award for Song of the year, Record of the year and Best male vocal performance. This was also featured in the 1988 Soundtrack for the movie Cocktail starring Tom Cruise.

If you are feeling down in the dumps try listening to this song, there's a big chance it will cheer you up. Try Either this or retail therapy or a Big Mac Chips and a coke, then see how you feel after? Remember listening to this song is cheaper than retail therapy and better for your diet and health. As Another one of those real feel good songs it has "speak for itself lyrics".

If we are to embrace the subject of worrying, it's important to realise that I am one of those Chronic worriers. Even when I don't really have anything really to worry about, my imaginaiton runs wild and I still manage to find things I can worry about. I know my worrying is an issue to all those close to me and it tends to get out of control at times and I'm finally realising it. You know what they say? You cannot fix a problem if you cannot acknowledge it. Nope, I cannot claim ownership of that "quote".. I believe Dr Phil uses it on his TV show. So I am aware I need to practice what I preach. I don't believe there can be any good that comes out of excessive worrying. It makes us miserable , wastes precious time, it doesn't help us achieve anything , it makes us feel worse and it gives us wrinkles ( from frowning ) making us age prematurely.

It's easier said than done , but I think life is too short to worry about things that haven't even happened yet and the things we have no control over.
My words of wisdom for today.. enjoy your life, appreciate the good, eat and be merry, change the things you can, accept the things you can't and remember "Don't worry, be happy "
