"Kokomo"

Don't you just love the Beach Boys and their music? I do . This one was written in 1988 to be released with the movie "Cocktail" starring Tom Cruise. Don't get me started about my obsession with Tom which lasted a period of time , but that was way after I got over Patrick .

Anyway back to basics... I saw this movie a good few years after it was released in 1988 , in fact when I was a teeny bopper, a hefty teeny bopper but a bopper nonetheless. I watched it with a funny funny friend of mine , she shall be named "The Big Bison AKA the Shise Twister"(of course we will come back to how we reached such a name) and every actor she ever had a crush on she would shorten his name and duplicate it , example she loved Tom Cruise so referred to him as Tom Tom , she loved Kevin Costner and referred to him as Kev Kev. I think I need her to elaborate on this one as this is her area. Anyway I got sidetracked so as I was saying great great song , great great movie.
